This 17’ wide, 5 story landmarked townhouse was fully renovated to meet the PHI EnerPHit standard. The work included adding an elevator, lowering the cellar, extending an existing first floor bay at the rear down to the basement level, and adding a roof bulkhead and roof deck. The front historic façade and stoop remained intact throughout the project. This project was certified by the Passive House Academy (PHA).
